Accepting Terms & Conditions constitutes a legally-binding contract, so it is in your interest to make sure that you have read them before accepting our services.
All arrival times are estimated. While we do our best to arrive on schedule, we cannot guarantee exact times due to factors such as previous appointments, traffic, and weather conditions.
CleanSweep Teesside guarantees if any part of our general/deep clean does not meet your expectations, and you inform us within 24 hours post clean, we will re-clean the specific problem area again, free of charge.
Payment will normally be collected within 24 hours on the day of the clean, after the clean has taken place, unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Payment is acceptable by cash or bank transfer only. CleanSweep Teesside reserves the right to suspend services if payments are missing or continually late. Late payments may incur statutory interest, compensation, and recovery costs.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if needing to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your original booking.
CleanSweep Teesside agrees to keep keys and client information secure and confidential. If a key is given, ensure alarms are disabled or codes are provided.
Clients must report poor service, breakage/damage, or theft within 24 hours. CleanSweep Teesside is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, stains that cannot be removed using reasonable cleaning methods, or accidental damage under £50. Complaints must be sent via email to cleansweepteesside@outlook.com. Refunds are not entertained. Public liability insurance covers accidental damages up to £1,000,000 reported within 24 hours.
In some circumstances, we may use your vacuum cleaner (arranged prior). CleanSweep Teesside accepts no responsibility for damage/breakages to vacuum cleaners used on your property.
